PLEASE NOTE!!
The bride and groom are responsible for getting their license at the proper courthouse. Please note that all divorce papers will have to be provided or a sworn statement drawn and signed by both parties before the ceremony will be performed. You must show proof of state residency and proper documentation of legal age. I reserve the right to refuse any marriage that I can not validate. All marriages will be performed according to the State of South Carolina Guidelines.
